Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the services of Louise Dufresne PhD, (L.A Dufresne enr.), operating under name Louise Dufresne Conseil, ("the Coach"), you agree to these terms and conditions in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Quebec.

2. Services Offered

Services include but are not limited to:

• Team and individual coaching
• Training workshops
• Organizational diagnostics

Note: Coaching does not constitute psychological therapy.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default, unless specified otherwise (e.g. USD) and subject to applicable taxes.

3.2. Payment is required before service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3. Any late payment will incur a 2% monthly fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Any cancellation must be notified in writing:

• 72h before session: full refund
• 48h before: 50% fee
• Less than 24h: 100% fee

4.2. In case of emergency (illness, etc.), contact us to reassess.

5. Confidentiality

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, all shared information remains confidential, except:

• Written client consent
• Legal obligation (Article 9 of Law 25)
• Situation endangering personal safety

6. Intellectual Property

All provided materials (methodologies, tools, resources) remain the exclusive property of the Coach. Usage license strictly limited to participants.

7. Liability

The Coach commits to providing professional services in accordance with ICF (International Coaching Federation) and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) standards. However:

• Results are not guaranteed
• The client remains responsible for decisions made

8. Disputes

8.1. Any dispute will first be submitted to mediation (Regulation Q-09).

8.2. Failing agreement, the courts of the province of Quebec will have jurisdiction.

Changes will be notified by email 30 days before implementation.
